What you can expect, and what we ask
Written plainly, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Placing an order
Orders are made to order and are paid in full at the time of ordering. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared — until then nothing is reserved and nothing is baked.
There is a minimum order of KSh 1,500, which may be mixed and matched freely across the whole menu. Custom and corporate orders may carry different minimum quantities depending on what is being made.
The earliest delivery is 24 hours after ordering, and only for orders placed before 18:00. Some items need longer; the notice each one needs is shown on its page before you order.
Changes and cancellation
You may change or cancel an order at no cost up to 18:00 on the day before your delivery date. Cancellations within that window are refunded in full to the M-Pesa number that paid.
After that point the ingredients have been bought and the night's baking is planned around your order, so we are not able to cancel or refund it. If something has gone wrong on our side, that does not apply — tell us and we will put it right.
Delivery
We deliver across Nairobi, Kenya within the window you choose. Delivery is KSh 300, or free on orders over KSh 3,000.
Someone needs to be reachable on the phone number given. If we cannot reach you and cannot leave the order safely, we will bring it back and contact you to arrange a second attempt, which may be chargeable.
Allergies
Ingredients and allergens are listed on every product page. Everything is made in a single domestic kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, egg and nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact with any allergen.
If an allergy is serious, contact us before ordering rather than noting it at checkout, so we can tell you honestly whether we can safely make what you want.
If something is wrong
Tell us on the day, with a photograph if you can. If an order arrives damaged, late, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it — your choice.
Your details
We keep your name, phone number, delivery address and order history so we can bake and deliver your order, and so you can track it. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone beyond our payment provider.
Your tracking link is the only credential for viewing an order. Treat it as private — anyone who has it can see that order's details.
