The questions we actually get
If yours is not here, message us. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
- Why can I not get something today?
- Because it does not exist yet. Everything is baked to the order, overnight, so the earliest we can reach you is 24 hours after you order, and only if the order is in before 18:00.
- What happens if I order after the cutoff?
- You join the following night's bake instead. The site will tell you which day you are getting before you pay, not after.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You order as a guest and get a private tracking link. That link is the only thing needed to see your order. Keep it, and do not post it publicly.
- How do I pay?
- M-Pesa, in full, at the time of ordering. Paying upfront is what lets us buy exactly what tonight's orders need instead of guessing.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Yes. KSh 1,500, mixed and matched across the whole menu. Individual items start at KSh 150, so that is roughly six to ten pieces. It is what makes a delivery run across Nairobi worth doing.
- What does delivery cost?
- KSh 300 within selected nairobi locations, free on orders over KSh 3,000. If you are outside the usual radius, ask us before you order.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- Any time before the cutoff on the day we bake it, for a full refund. After that the ingredients are bought and the night is planned around it, so we cannot.
- Can you work around allergies?
- Often, but tell us before you order rather than in the notes. Everything is made in one kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, egg and nuts, so we cannot promise no cross-contact. We would rather say that than reassure you.
- Can you make something that is not on the menu?
- Usually. Corporate snack boxes, event dessert tables, standing office orders and celebration spreads are all things we do. Message us with the occasion, the date and roughly how many people. Minimum quantities and lead times vary with what you need.
- How long does it keep?
- Best on the day it reaches you. How long it holds after that depends on the item, so ask us when you order and we will tell you straight.

Filling a box from the menu takes about two minutes. If it is a corporate order, a dessert table, or an idea you have only half worked out, message us and we will figure it out together.
